HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND OR CHOSEN THE WRONG SIZE?
- If the size is not right, you don't like it, or you generally want to return the products, you have 14 days, but the return shipping is at your expense. Once the product is received in the warehouse (and after checking that it is intact), you can choose between a voucher for the value of the returned product(s) or a refund (products + the initial shipping you paid) to the payment method you chose for the order.
- All products will be accepted provided they are intact, with original, unremoved labels, and have not been used or stained.
WHAT TO DO?
- Print the Order Confirmation you received via email.
- Place the product and order confirmation inside an envelope.
- Take the envelope to the post office or your trusted courier, and send it to this address:

- During holiday periods, before shipping the package, always check that Opaco's office is open to receive the package.
- In case of wrong size, reorder the product in the correct size
Within 5 business days of receiving the package, we will send you a refund including all payments made including delivery costs.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR FLAWED GARMENTS
In case of return due to defective merchandise or causes due to any errors, the return shipping will be at the expense of Opaco Srl who will arrange for the courier to pick up the merchandise to be returned at the customer's home.
The user must attach photographic documentation within 8 days of receiving the material.
